Shipping:
We will ship your order by FedEx,UPS Ground or US Mail with the charges included in the final total.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
We do not ship international at this time.
Please understand that we are a small business and produce a quality, hand crafted product - our first priority is making those items to our high standards of workmanship so you will be satisfied with your purchase.
Sales Tax:
We are required by law to charge 6.00% sales tax to all sales made to locations within Arkansas.
Shipments made outside of Arkansas do not include sales tax.
We ask our commercial customers to supply a copy of your appropriate state sales tax certificate to avoid taxes.
Payment Methods:
We accept major credit cards through our secure PayPal Shopping Cart System.
When you checkout you will do so on PayPal's secure site and we never recieve or view your credit card information.
We do not recommend normal mail or e-mail for credit card information due to security reasons.
We also do not recommend mailing cash but you may send a check or money order.
We will send confirmation by email when your order is shipped.
Quantity discounts and wholesale:
We aim to produce our ironware with the most efficient use of our time and at the lowest cost to our customers,
so we regret that we cannot quote wholesale pricing to distributors or other resellers.
Exchanges and Refunds:
We understand that making a choice from a picture on the Internet can be difficult.
Since we want you to be happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money (except shipping) or provide an exchange on items you find are unsatisfactory. We don't charge restocking fees but we do ask that you perform the following:
1. Please contact us before sending anything back. We can't provide proper credit without knowing who you are and what was ordered.
2. Please use the same or equivalent packaging to return the item(s) to us to prevent damage during return shipping.
3. Please provide for prepayment of return shipping charges to us. We pass shipping charges along at cost so we ask the same in return.

for use, misuse or abuse of any products we manufacture.
Ellis Mtn Forge manufactures forged and fabricated iron items
that are intended for decorative, residential use. The items found on this website are made from mild steel and may cause harm if misused.
We urge parents or guardians to keep these and any similar products out of the hands of children
unless closely supervised. We assume no liabilities from accident, injury and/or death arising from handling, use or installation.
Custom Orders:
We welcome inquiries for custom hand forged ironwork.
We will need sketches, photographs, dimensioned drawings and complete description prior to quoting prices.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we start the project with the final 50% due before shipment.
We reserve the right to decline any order based solely on our discretion
and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders.
Custom Finishes:
Please contact us if you want a rust colored or other type of custom finish.
We can provide them under special order.
We will be happy to work with you to get the look you want in your custom application.
Privacy Policy:
Ellis Mtn Forge does not sell, exchange, rent, distribute or otherwise disseminate names or other information about our customers.
We value our customers' privacy and will not violate your trust while doing business with us on the Internet.
We use phone numbers and email addresses solely for communication about active orders and typically send an email
confirmation of your order, which includes shipping date and method.
